Japanese Calligraphy Experience/Lesson with a Bilingual Japanese Calligraphy Teacher

ONE DAY SHODO EXPERIENCE

You can have a wonderful experience of writing Japanese Kanji characters with a calligraphy brush. We have a bilingual Japansese calligrachy teacher here at Taiyu Shodo school. Calligrapher Taiyu, whose nickname is Charlie-Sensei, has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and can write and speak English. If you are traveling in Japan, you can contact us to have a memorable one day experience of Japanese Calligraphy. Taking only half an hour without bringing anything. Contact us and tell which Sunday you would like to come. Our available time is from 1 PM to 4 PM. Fee：3,000yen (cash only) *You can take your own writing on a paper board as souvenir!

SHODO LESSON (ONE DAY FREE LESSON AVAILABLE)

You can learn Japanese Calligraphy here at Taiyu SHODO School (located in Kobe, Hyogo). Bilingual Japanese calligraphy teacher Taiyu, or Charlie-Sensei, teaches you from the very fundamentals of writing with a calligraphy brush. You can express your emotions with writing Kanji characters and Hiragana letters with brush. You can take examples by teacher and can practice at home, too. If you are bothered to prepare SHODO materials, you can use ones at school. If you are interested in taking an experience lesson, you can contact us to take a one day experience of Japanese Calligraphy. Taking only an hour without bringing anything. Lesson fee：2,000yen/once a month, 4,000yen/twice a month, 5,000yen/three times a month (cash only) including tax.
